Senior Farewell Project Progress
So far my project is coming along well. I have my outline done already and I have plans to begin my video next Wednesday. I am excited to see how this comes along

"I'm So Awesome!"
My capstone presentation was awesome because I had an amazing nice poster. My poster was professional, big, and a small picture of me in the lower right hand corner. Most viewers were surprised to see how well I had incorporated myself into my project. In addition to my poster, my website also paid a huge contribution into overall project. The two of these things combined is what made my presentation so awesome.

Website Plans
As of now, I am in the process of designing a website that coordinates with my capstone project. The purpose of my website will be similar to that of my IMED video in that I want viewers to get a greater grasp on the importance of building a stronger HR department. My website will be set up in a clean, professional manner that will be easy for users to follow. Pages will be simple and and have direct links to any additional information that may be needed.

for my video I chose pictures and music that I thought would best fit my concept. Everything used was work environment related and the pictures were pretty self explanatory in the message they brought about. The goal is to is to get viewers to feel more comfortable in coming to their HR department and I believe that goal was conveyed very well.

Capstone Project Statement of Intent
a) the goal of my capstone project is to raise awareness of work discrimination among all employers and employees.
b) work discrimination is important because it will likely affect all of us at least once. Everyone should be aware of the dangers in order to help prevent this from happening.
c) this goal fits with my career objective because i aspire to be a Human Resource Manager
d) my project is beneficial to the community because it helps keep our work enviornments safe
e) My project will be eco-friendly and computer based
